3 Hour Hire

    • Payment Terms

    25% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event date. Booking date is not confirmed until deposit is received in full. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Our Photo Booth does is not set up until full payment is received. 


    • Travel Fees

    Free Delivery, Set up & Removal within 45min of our Diamond Booth Co HQ. $50 travel charge for every half hour or $100 travel charge for every hour after this beyond the travel inclusion.

    By agreeing to hire our booth you agree that any damage to props, backdrops or the photobooth machine, printer and components, that occurs as a result of the negligence of your guests is to be paid for by you as the hirer as per replacement or fix quotation from appropriate supplier.

    • Spacial Requirements

    Please ensure the designated area given for our Photo Booth is adequate. No refunds are issued due to lack of correct description resulting in backdrop or photobooth being un-useable/unable to be set up. We require a space that is 2.5m high, by 2.5m-3m wide and deep.


    • Backdrop

    If hiring our backdrop, please note the dimensions of the backdrop are 2.4m high and 2.4m wide. Please ensure the ceiling will allow for this height.


    • Outdoor Events

    If the event hire is outdoor and unforseen changes in the weather occur that result in the backdrop or photobooth to be unuseable refunds are not issued, but a credit note is given for 12 months following the event.

    Diamond Booth Co reserve the right to decide to not set up the backdrop and/or photobooth in windy or stormy predicted weather for safety reasons, but every effort for alternatives will be made. This may mean having the photobooth infront of a plain wall at your event instead of our 2.4m high backdrop due to wind. Please ensure the ground is even if having the backdrop outdoors, otherwise photos and backdrop will be on an angle. Please also ensure if having the booth in a yard it is not in direct position where children will be running through and around.


    • Power points

    We will have extension cords but please ensure a power point is in close proximity to our photobooth.
